Stamp TV Free for All Friday

This card is my entry in the Free for all Friday challenge for Stamp TV.  The card is made from Stampin' Up cardstock and Stampin' Up designer paper.  I stamped the background flowers using and focal image using the Just Believe stamp set from Stampin' Up.  I inked the background using a scalloped circle as a mask and sponging white and blue ink onto the cardstock.  To finish the card, I stamped and inked a "thanks" sentiment and cut it out using my Spellbinders Nestibilities Petite Scalloped Ovals.  Finally, to match the sketch, I attached three coordinating blue buttons to the bottom right corner.
